Chocolate Almond Butter Protein Squares
Ingredients:
1 cup oats
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 cup almond butter or nut butter of choice
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
Optional: you can add hemp seeds, flax meal, chia seeds, etc. You could top it with sea salt, dried berries, nuts, etc. Make it your own!
Instructions:
Mix oats, almond flour, protein powder, maple syrup, and almond butter in a large bowl.
Line a 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper. Pat the mixture into the bottom.
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave. Pour over the oat mixture.
Freeze for at least 1 hour. Cut and serve!
