Welcome to my corner of the health and wellness world. I do things a little differently than most health coaches. My methodology stems from my own experiences, education, and research. I have a Bachelors in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science and Nutrition, I was a competitive body builder for 4 years (during which I ruined my metabolism and had to slowly rebuild it), I am certified in female hormonal health, and I am an avid student of all things health, hormones, and holistic healing.
My schooling taught me the basics of nutrition, training, anatomy, and physiology. My competitive years taught me the Do's and Don't's of losing weight sustainably and how to balance hormones to achieve and maintain a healthy weight effortlessly. My obsessive research has leant me the knowledge, tools, and biohacks that I use every day to live a healthy, non-toxic lifestyle.
My methodology focuses on the whole person: what you eat, how you move, the products you buy, the water you drink, how your body processes food and toxins, how happy or stressed you are, how you sleep, everything. Health is individual, but it doesn't have to be complicated. Our bodies WANT to be healthy, we simply have to provide our bodies with the tools it needs to return to health!
